Policies

Attendance:

If you are unable to attend a class, please inform me via email, cell or text so we do not wait for you. If you are running on pre-schooler time and are coming but going to be late, text an update so we know to look for you or wait. Missed classes are non-refundable. Depending upon enrollment on each day, you may be able to make up a class on the other day that week.

Sense of Adventure:

We want our children to develop an appreciation for their abilities and nature. I respectfully ask caregivers to allow their children the ability to try and experience without judgement and excessive help. As we give children the space to try and explore, we will be rewarded by seeing our children’s natural curiosity, perseverance, and willingness to try new things.

Cell Phone:

Yes, I know there is a camera on it. And, if you are like me, you have maxed out the picture storage on your cell phone at least once. We are trying to teach our kids to love nature and, with this in mind, I ask that cell phones are respectfully used throughout the class. Children see us with technology often. How often do we model the importance of putting it away to really experience all that is around us?

Pictures:

Yes, you can take them! However, please be careful to respect other families’ wishes in regards to posting pictures on social media. Please try to capture your child only or crop out others before posting pictures on social media.
